My Favorite Things

I have a collection of old and new tin toys that hang out on the top of the studio bookshelf.
They are some of my favorite things. Sometimes I find them in antique stores or flea markets and can’t resist bringing them home. The robots remind me of my childhood when I would create whole movie sets in the living room with robots lurking here and there, popping up behind a lamp or hidden in the cave of a couch. These are all colorful and fun objects that stimulate my creative juices and make great subjects for my artwork. These prints are an homage to my childhood (childlike?) imagination. Because there seems to be a lot of interest in these prints from kindred spirits, I will add more soon.
